Position: Front Desk Receptionist / Studio Coordinator

About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and responsible Receptionist to manage the front desk and support the day-to-day operations of our yoga and fitness studio.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-in enquiries.
- Explain yoga classes, packages, timings, and studio policies to clients.
- Manage trial/demo class bookings and follow-ups.
- Maintain client registrations, attendance, renewals, and package details.
- Coordinate with yoga instructors regarding class schedules and client requirements.
- Follow up with existing clients for package renewals and pending payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Handle basic billing and payment records.
- Assist with daily studio administration and coordination.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Kannada.
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in reception, front desk, hospitality, gym, yoga studio, or wellness industry is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude can also apply.
