Job Summary

BrickBold is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with property buyers, sellers, owners, real estate agents, builders, and construction service providers. The candidate will generate leads, promote BrickBold's online real estate portal, explain its services, and assist customers with property listings and other platform-related queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
- Contact property owners, buyers, sellers, brokers, and builders to promote BrickBold.
- Explain property listing packages, portal features, and advertising opportunities.
- Encourage customers to register and list their properties on BrickBold.
- Promote BB Services for construction materials, contractors, designers, and other service providers.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into registrations or paid packages.
- Maintain customer databases, call records,



and daily follow-up reports.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Ability to handle customer queries and follow up professionally.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
