We are looking for a smart, confident, well-spoken, and persuasive CRM Executive who can engage customers over calls and convert leads into store visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call potential and existing clients professionally.
- Convince customers to visit the store.
- Build strong client relationships and follow up regularly.
- Schedule and confirm store appointments.
- Maintain customer data and achieve conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Impressive speaking style with robust convincing skills.
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
- Experience in telecalling, CRM, or sales preferred.
Main Goal: Convert customer calls into maximum store visits and sales opportunities.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
