Job Description:
Clair Skin Clinic is hiring a confident and target-oriented Aesthetic Doctor for our skin, dermatology, and laser clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Counsel patients on skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments.
- Explain treatment plans, packages, and procedures.
- Convert consultations into treatment bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up with patients and coordinate with the counselling team.
- Maintain excellent patient experience and ethical treatment recommendations.
Eligibility:
- BHMS / BDS graduates with valid registration and qualifications appropriate to the role.
- Experience in aesthetic medicine, cosmetology, patient counselling, or treatment sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of skin treatments, laser procedures, and aesthetic services is an advantage.
Salary: Negotiable + Performance-Based Incentives
