Job Description – Business Analyst, AdTech & MarTech Role Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience across the AdTech and MarTech ecosystems to translate client business needs into scalable digital advertising and marketing solutions. The role involves supporting presales activities, defining campaign and audience requirements, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, enabling platform integrations, and using data-driven insights to improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze client business needs across AdTech and MarTech ecosystems.

- Define requirements for campaign management, audience targeting, and monetization workflows.

- Support presales discussions, solution workshops, proposal development, and consulting engagements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across media planning, ad operations, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams.

- Generate data-driven insights to support campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance improvement.

- Support the integration of AdTech and MarTech platforms, including CDP, DMP, DSP, CRM, ad servers, and analytics tools.

- Coordinate user acceptance testing, solution validation, rollout, and adoption of digital advertising and marketing solutions.

- Track campaign KPIs, reporting metrics, operational performance, and business outcomes.

Required Skills and Competencies

- Strong understanding of the AdTech and MarTech ecosystem, including CDP, DMP, DSP, ad servers, CRM, and analytics platforms.

- Experience in media planning, campaign operations, and digital marketing workflows.

- Knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting, attribution, personalization, and monetization concepts.

- Familiarity with data-driven marketing and programmatic advertising.

- Exposure to the Media and Entertainment domain, including OTT, broadcasting, and digital platforms.

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.





- Good understanding of Agile, SDLC, and consulting delivery models.

- Analytical mindset with strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, Adobe Experience Cloud, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Hands-on exposure to media data pipelines, campaign analytics, or attribution models.

- Understanding of privacy regulations, including GDPR, cookieless tracking, and identity resolution.
