Position: HR MANAGER BKBPL is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead HR operations at its Ethanol Manufacturing Plant.

Eligibility Criteria: - Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Personnel Management, or a related field. - Relevant experience in a Distillery / Ethanol Plant / Manufacturing Plant / Factory / Industrial Setup is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of labour laws, industrial relations, payroll, and statutory compliance. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. ⭐ Preferred: Candidates with experience in the distillery, ethanol, sugar, chemical, or process manufacturing industries.
