About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused candidates for the position of Telecalling Executive. The role involves generating leads, contacting potential customers, scheduling appointments, and promoting financial planning and investment services through professional communication and follow-ups.

Job Role

As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating qualified leads, following up with prospective clients, and scheduling appointments for financial planning and investment services. You will also maintain customer records, update CRM systems, and support the financial planning team in achieving its business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads
- Follow up with leads through social media, WhatsApp, and referrals
- Explain mutual funds, insurance, and financial planning services to prospective clients
- Schedule appointments with potential customers
- Maintain and update CRM systems and customer records
- Record call details, follow-ups, and lead statuses accurately
- Coordinate with the financial planning team
- Contribute towards achieving campaign targets and business objectives

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or lead generation
- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi,



and basic English
- Good phone etiquette, persuasion and follow-up
- Ability to generate leads and follow up with prospective clients
- Basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software
- Understanding of financial services is preferred
