About the Role:

Business Skool is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and target-oriented Sales Executive / BDE to handle B2B sales and online business development. This role focuses on connecting with business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals to drive sales and program conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate B2B leads and connect with clients via phone calls, messages, and online mediums.
- Conduct professional Zoom Meetings with clients, understand their business challenges, and explain Business Skool's programs effectively.
- Manage the complete sales journey—from Lead Generation to Workshop Onboarding, Program Conversions, and Payment Closure.
- Travel for 5 to 7 days a month across Gujarat for official company events, workshops, and programs as required.
- Accurately update the daily sales pipeline, follow-ups, and CRM, and report to management regularly.





Requirements & Competencies:

- Languages Known: Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (Mandatory).
- Experience: Valuable experience in B2B Sales, Online Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Confidence in communicating with business owners and top decision-makers.
- Joining: Immediate joiners will be given priority.
- Willingness to travel across Gujarat for 5 to 7 days a month as per business needs.

Work Details & Schedule:

- Work Location: 309, Atlanta Shopping Center, Althan Bhimrad Road, Surat, Gujarat
- Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday | 9:45 AM – 6:30 PM
- Employment Type: Full time (Work from Office)
