Job Summary
We are looking for a disciplined, proactive, and alert Assistant Security Officer (ASO) to join our team. In this role, you will act as the vital link between our front-line security guards and senior management. You will be responsible for supervising daily security shifts, managing rosters, monitoring surveillance systems, and ensuring the physical safety of our facility, employees, and visitors. The ideal candidate is a reliable leader with excellent communication skills and a strong eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Supervision: Oversee and coordinate daily deployment, shift schedules, and rosters for security guards and supervisors.
- Access Control: Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and manage visitor screening procedures to prevent unauthorized access.
- Surveillance & Patrols: Conduct regular day/night patrol rounds across the facility and monitor CCTV networks, fire panels, and alarm systems.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in physical security, with at least 1 year acting as a senior guard, supervisor, or shift lead.
