Accounts Payable Executive | Full-time | ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Shifts: Morning 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM, or Evening 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM (Shift timings may vary by 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on business needs.)
Work days: Monday to Saturday
Location: Near Sevashram Circle, Udaipur

About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance team at Company. You will manage vendor invoices and payments, and keep our records accurate. Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.

What you will do

- Check and process vendor invoices against purchase orders and GRN
- Make vendor payments as per agreed payment terms
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve differences
- Post debit/credit, ledger and journal entries accurately
- Prepare reports in Excel and share updates by email
- Follow company policies and process checklists

Required qualifications

- B.Com. (preferred), M.Com., BBA Finance or MBA Finance
- Basic accounting knowledge: debit/credit,



ledger and journal entries
- Excel skills: sorting, filters, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, Word and PDF handling
- Basic to valuable English, with clear written email skills
- Basic computer typing skills
- Willingness to work in either shift
- Ability to pass a background verification

Preferred

- Experience with vendor reconciliation and payment processing
- Understanding of purchase orders, GRN and payment terms
