- Upload product images, descriptions, SKU codes, sizes, colours, prices, and other relevant details.
- Maintain accurate product information, stock availability, and inventory records across online platforms.
- Process online orders, coordinate dispatches, and ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor order cancellations, returns, refunds, exchanges, and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with warehouse, merchandising, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Track daily sales, product performance, stock movement, and order status.
- Update product prices, offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns as required.
- Ensure proper size charts, product descriptions, and images are uploaded for all garment styles.
- Monitor marketplace performance and follow platform guidelines and policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, conversion rates, and online sales.
- Support marketplace promotions, seasonal sales, and recent product launches.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
