- Greet customers warmly and handle billing transactions efficiently.
- Operate POS systems, manage cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
- Issue receipts, process refunds/exchanges, and maintain daily cash register reports.
- Ensure correct pricing, discounts, and promotions are applied during billing.
- Assist with basic customer queries related to purchases and store policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the billing counter.
- Support store staff in restocking and inventory checks when required.
