Job Description:

Location: Walajabad , Kanchipuram
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on experience Salary Vary)

Job Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day Injection Moulding production operations and achieve production targets.
- Set up and operate injection moulding machines as per production requirements.
- Monitor machine parameters, cycle time, productivity, rejection and downtime.
- Troubleshoot moulding defects and process-related issues.
- Coordinate mould changes, machine setup and production start-up activities.
- Ensure product quality as per approved specifications and standards.
- Implement process improvements to reduce rejection, wastage and cycle time.
- Maintain production reports, shift records and related documentation.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance,



Tool Room and Production Planning teams.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety and shop-floor procedures.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Plastics, Polymer or related Engineering discipline.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Injection Moulding Production.
- Good knowledge of injection moulding machines, moulds and process parameters.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
