Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Back-End Executive who can manage operational data, financial reporting, cash MIS, and coordination with city teams. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, thinking logically, identifying discrepancies, and taking quick action to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to cash collections, revenue, operations, and reconciliations.
- Monitor daily cash transactions, collection records, and pending settlements, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
- Coordinate with city operations teams to collect data, validate reports, and ensure timely submission of operational updates.
- Analyse operational data to identify gaps, irregularities, and areas requiring immediate attention.
- Maintain structured records, trackers, and dashboards to improve visibility and reporting accuracy.
- Follow up independently with relevant teams to close pending issues rather than waiting for instructions.




- Support management with accurate data, actionable insights, and timely reports for decision-making.
- Identify repetitive reporting issues and suggest improvements to existing processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong command of Advanced MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF formulas, data validation, and report automation.
- Proven experience in MIS reporting, cash reconciliation, data analysis, and operational reporting.
- Robust analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, think quickly, and act decisively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
