Job: Workshop In-Charge & Project Coordinator – Interiors and Furniture

Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month

This is a workshop in-charge role, not a manager-level position. The main responsibility is to supervise daily workshop activities and coordinate furniture and interior projects from production to installation.

Main Responsibilities

- Workshop Supervision: Assign daily work to carpenters and workers and monitor their progress.
- Production Planning: Plan which furniture items need to be manufactured and by when.
- Drawing and Design: Understand designs and drawings and explain the requirements to the production team.
- Material Arrangement: Check and arrange plywood, wood, hardware, fittings, and other materials.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with the sales, design, purchase, and warehouse teams.
- Site Visits: Visit client sites to check measurements and site conditions.
- Installation: Coordinate furniture delivery, fitting, and final setup at the client’s location.
- Quality Control: Check measurements, finishing,



and workmanship before dispatch.
- Timeline Management: Ensure all work is completed on time and resolve daily production issues.

What Kind of Person Is Required?

- Experience in furniture manufacturing or interior work.
- Good knowledge of materials, hardware, and finishing.
- Ability to supervise workers and manage daily workshop operations.
- Ability to understand drawings and execute designs.
- Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
