Profile-HR Manager

Experience-Min 8 years

Ctc- upto 8.5 lpa

Location- Pune and Indore.

Working Days- 6 days

Responsibilities:

- Work with Directors and BU Heads on overall people management in growth workplace.
- Attract and hire professionals /system driven Recruitment as per business need.
- Orientation / Induction programme for new entrants.
- Employee records, Welfare activities & its administration.
- Employee Communication and Annual calendar for Engagement activities – Employee Motivation.
- Employee Grievance Handling.
- Initiate and implement HR policies, systems and processes to support business growth.
- Devise and/or implement a Performance Management System.
- Time and attendance, Payroll, Annual Salary Review and Variable pay - Compensation & Benefits Systems.
- Rewards & Recognition Policy & its Execution.
- Identify and implement training & development in line with business and individual needs.
- Government Liaisoning and Legal Compliance.
- Facility Management and Administration.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS





- MBA HR or Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in HR, Admin

PREFERRED SKILLS

- Strong Communication, Inter-personal Relationships, People Skills, Multi-Lingual (English, Hindi, Marathi...)
