Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and presentable Anchor who can host programs, conduct interviews, present news or other content, and engage audiences effectively. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a clear voice, and a strong on-camera presence.

Key Responsibilities

Host live and recorded programs, events, interviews, and discussions.

Present news, stories, and other content clearly and confidently.

Research topics and prepare scripts before recordings.

Conduct interviews with guests, experts, and other participants.

Coordinate with the production, editorial, and camera teams.

Maintain a professional appearance and positive on-screen presence.

Adapt presentation style according to the program format and audience.

Participate in rehearsals, shoots, and live broadcasts as required.

Follow the organization's content guidelines and production schedules.

Review feedback and continuously improve presentation skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications





Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred.

Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

Strong Telugu, English, and/or Hindi language skills, depending on the role.

Confidence in speaking in front of a camera and live audience.

Good research, interviewing, and storytelling skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and handle live situations.

Professional attitude, teamwork, and adaptability.

Experience

Freshers with strong communication and presentation skills may apply.

Prior experience in anchoring, journalism, television, digital media, or broadcasting is an advantage.
