Cypheron Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Thrissur, Kerala.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in accounting operations, Tally ERP / Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and financial reporting. The candidate must be capable of maintaining accurate financial records, managing statutory compliance, and supporting the company's day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, general ledgers, and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain GST-related records, returns, and documentation.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, returns, and related compliance.
- Prepare financial statements, account summaries, and periodic reports.
- Record and verify transactions using Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audit requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable accounting regulations.




- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial transactions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP or Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements in India.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Experience in bank reconciliation, ledger management, and financial documentation.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for a responsible qualified who can independently manage routine accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure timely completion of accounting and compliance tasks.

Candidates with practical experience handling complete accounting operations using Tally ERP / Tally Prime are encouraged to apply.

Pay: Up to ₹42,000.00 per month
