We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Trainee Captain to join our Food & Beverage team. The candidate must have 2–3 years of experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel and should possess strong knowledge of service standards, guest handling, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Take guest orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Guide and support stewards/waiters during service.
- Handle basic guest complaints and escalate when required.
- Ensure proper table setup as per hotel standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen for smooth order flow.
- Maintain hygiene and grooming standards at all times.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in a 4-Star or 5-Star hotel (Mandatory).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of service procedures and POS systems.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle busy service hours.
- Skilled grooming and positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
