A leading multi outlet Restaurant team having business across Kerala & Tamil Nadu looking for a hands-on, energetic Assistant Restaurant Managers to support daily operations and lead our floor team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving service standards, and ensuring smooth, profitable shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Floor Operations: Oversee daily opening/closing, manage peak-hour service, and ensure a welcoming guest atmosphere.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and schedule service staff while conducting daily briefings.
- Guest Relations: Handle customer feedback proactively and ensure top-tier hospitality standards.
- Inventory & Admin:
Assist with stock checks, vendor orders, waste control, and POS/cash management.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 years of catering/ restaurant experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
