We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Academic Counsellor who can guide students, communicate with parents, generate admissions, and achieve monthly enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students and parents through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain technology courses, course duration, fees, curriculum, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable training programs.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Maintain a consistent follow-up pipeline and update lead status in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM.
- Handle student queries professionally and build trust with students and parents.
- Schedule counselling sessions, demo classes, and admission meetings.
- Maintain daily call reports, follow-up records, and admission conversion reports.




- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to improve enrolment performance.

Target-Based Work Expectations

- Daily calling and follow-up of assigned leads.
- Timely follow-up with interested and prospective students.
- Monthly admission and revenue targets as assigned by management.
- Regular reporting of calls, follow-ups, counselling sessions, and conversions.
- Focus on genuine student counselling, quality admissions, and target achievement.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may apply.
- Experience in academic counselling, EdTech sales, telecalling, or admissions will be an advantage.
- Good Hindi communication skills and basic English proficiency.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Confident, disciplined, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
- Target-based performance evaluation.
