Job Summary

We are looking for experienced AI Governance Managers with a strong background in Data Governance, Responsible AI, AI Risk Management, and Regulatory Compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of overall experience, including 7–10 years in Data Governance and 3–4 years in AI Governance.

The selected professionals will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide AI Governance frameworks, ensuring responsible AI adoption, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement enterprise AI Governance frameworks, policies, and operating models.
- Establish governance controls aligned with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001.
- Develop and maintain AI inventories, risk registers, and governance approval processes.
- Conduct AI risk assessments and oversee risk mitigation strategies.
- Integrate governance controls across the complete AI lifecycle.
- Establish AI Governance committees, RACI matrices, and accountability structures.
- Ensure AI assurance, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop AI Governance KPIs, KRIs, and executive reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to promote Responsible AI practices.




- Identify emerging AI risks and recommend appropriate governance strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of total professional experience.
- 7–10 years of hands-on Data Governance experience.
- 3–4 years of AI Governance experience.
- Robust understanding of AI Governance frameworks and Responsible AI principles.
- Experience with AI risk assessments, regulatory compliance, and governance policies.
- Knowledge of EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and ISO/IEC 42001.
- Experience in governance operating models, risk registers, and audit processes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Additional Requirement – Master Data Management (MDM)

For 2 of the 5 open positions, strong knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) is required.

Candidates with hands-on experience in MDM governance, master data quality, data stewardship, and enterprise data management will be preferred for these positions.
