Karur Vysya Bank is hiring Land Inspection Executives to support the verification of agricultural loan applications. The role involves visiting agricultural properties, conducting field inspections, collecting relevant information, capturing GPS locations, and submitting verification reports to the bank.

Note: This is a field verification role and does not involve any sales activities or sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit agricultural land locations assigned by the bank.

- Verify the authenticity and ownership of agricultural properties linked to loan applications.

- Confirm whether farming or agricultural activities are being carried out on the land.

- Capture Geo-Tag/GPS coordinates and site photographs during field visits.

- Collect and validate required field information and documents.

- Prepare and submit accurate inspection reports within the specified timelines.

- Coordinate with bank officials whenever additional verification is required.

Eligibility:

- 12th Pass, Diploma,



or Any Degree.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

- Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.

- Male and female candidates are eligible.

- Willingness to travel for field visits is mandatory.

Salary:

- Freshers: ₹15,000 per month

- Experienced Candidates: ₹18,000 per month

Preferred Skills:

- Good communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of agricultural land and rural locations is an advantage.

- Ability to work independently in field conditions.

- Basic smartphone usage for GPS and photo capture.
