Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance professional to lead the Quality function in a manufacturing environment, ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, effective implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS), audit readiness and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead implementation and continual improvement of QMS, SOPs, work instructions and quality procedures.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485:2016, ISO 15378:2017 (GMP), GDP and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Oversee internal audits, customer audits, regulatory inspections and timely closure of audit observations.
- Manage CAPA, root cause analysis, change control and risk assessment activities.
- Monitor in-process quality, raw materials, finished goods and shopfloor QA activities.
- Oversee process validation, equipment qualification and new product development from a QA perspective.
- Ensure adherence to cleanroom practices, contamination control and applicable microbiological and chemical quality requirements.
- Drive customer complaint investigation, corrective actions and reduction of product rejection.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, R&D;,



Engineering and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues.
- Lead, mentor and develop the QA team while ensuring effective execution of quality systems.
- Drive 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Present quality performance, audit status, CAPA effectiveness and other quality metrics to management.

Mandatory Requirements

- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing setups.
- Industry experience strictly in Rubber Manufacturing or Medical Device Manufacturing.
- Solid working knowledge of ISO 13485:2016, ISO 15378:2017 (GMP), GDP, cleanroom practices, microbiology and chemistry.
- Proven team-handling and leadership experience in Quality Assurance.
- Strong knowledge of QMS, audits, CAPA, validation, risk assessment and regulatory compliance.
