- Shop floor planning and production organization using the 4M approach – Man, Machine, Material & Method.
- Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on achieving production goals.
- Robust quality orientation and knowledge of QMS.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
- Manage production activities with daily, weekly and monthly monitoring.
- Monitor manpower and machine efficiency and utilization.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
