Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented candidate to handle sales calling, lead follow-ups, and basic business operations for our paper bag manufacturing and printing business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make sales calls to potential customers and generate business.
- Follow up on leads received through advertisements.
- Explain products and convert leads into customers.
- Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and basic sales operations.
- Coordinate and maintain records of sales activities.
Salary & Training Structure:
- Training Period: ₹5,000 stipend + incentives.
- After Target Achievement & Confirmation: ₹8,000–₹12,000 per month + incentives.
- Work Mode:
Work From Home (after written confirmation).
Significant: This is a target-based role. Candidates will initially receive training and will be confirmed based on their target achievement and performance.
Preferred Candidates: Freshers with good communication skills, confidence in calling, and an interest in sales are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
