Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, promoting company products or services, and supporting the company's overall business growth.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong interest in sales, marketing, and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, social media, networking, and other marketing channels.
- Research potential clients, target markets, and new business opportunities.
- Contact prospective clients and introduce the company's products or services.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and client presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales reports.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain customer information, lead details, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify market trends.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, client acquisition,



and sales targets.
- Provide regular updates on business development activities and performance to the reporting manager.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 years of experience may apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and lead generation techniques.
- Familiarity with MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and achieve targets.
