Job Title: Skin Trainer – Laser & Advanced Aesthetic Treatments

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Skin Trainer with in-depth knowledge of skincare, laser treatments, and advanced aesthetic procedures. The candidate will be responsible for training students in theoretical and practical aspects of skin treatments, skincare techniques, equipment handling, and client consultation.

Key Responsibilities

- Train students in basic and advanced skincare treatments.
- Provide theoretical and practical training in laser hair reduction and other laser-based procedures.
- Teach knowledge of chemical peels, skin polishing, facials, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
- Explain skin anatomy, skin types, skin conditions, and skincare products.
- Train students in hydra facials, microdermabrasion, and other advanced skin treatments, where applicable.
- Teach hygiene, sanitation, skin preparation, and post-treatment care.
- Explain contraindications, treatment risks, and client safety protocols.
- Provide knowledge of skin analysis, consultation, and treatment planning.
- Demonstrate the safe handling and maintenance of skin treatment equipment.
- Assess students' practical skills and theoretical knowledge.




- Keep students updated on the latest skincare technologies and aesthetic treatment trends.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Relevant qualification or certification in cosmetology, aesthetics, skincare, or a related field.
- Practical knowledge of laser hair reduction and advanced skin treatments.
- Positive understanding of skin anatomy, skin types, and common skin conditions.
- Knowledge of skincare machines, equipment, and treatment protocols.
- Strong teaching, communication, and demonstration skills.
- Previous experience as a Skin Trainer or Skin Therapist will be preferred.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience preferred. Candidates with strong practical knowledge of advanced skin treatments may also apply.

- Must follow proper hygiene and safety protocols.
- Should be passionate about teaching and developing students' professional skills.
