Lingotran is a curriculum-aligned language practice platform designed to accelerate foreign language acquisition through structured, high-frequency reinforcement. We support French, Spanish, and German as of now.

Lingotran trains learners to master core structural patterns so they can fluidly generate sentences and think directly in the target language. Highly adaptable and scalable, the platform uniquely caters to multiple academic and professional curricula simultaneously—including CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB MYP, DELF, and DELE—making it an indispensable companion layer that empowers schools, universities, and language institutes to drastically improve student fluency.

We are a small, quick-moving team, and this is our first dedicated marketing hire. You will shape the function, not inherit a playbook.

Job Description:

What this job actually is:

You are the absolute execution engine for our marketing and user retention. Your job is to keep the entire company moving on a strict schedule. You will run our social media campaigns, force internal teams and interns to hit their deadlines, and systematically audit our users on a strict weekly and monthly calendar. You are the ultimate Voice of the Customer (VOC)—you gather the raw truth about how people use our product and feed that intelligence directly to our product, sales, and marketing teams to dictate what we build and sell next.

Your daily toolkit:

- Social Media Channels (to launch, monitor, and push out marketing campaigns)
- Claude & ChatGPT (to instantly spin up campaign copy, analyze raw user data, and draft status updates)
- Shared Timelines & Calendars (your main weapon to track deadlines and manage team output)

What you will do every single day:

- Force execution and manage the calendar: You own the timeline.



You will ruthlessly follow up to ensure every single project piece moves according to the schedule. If someone is lagging, you push them.
- Deploy marketing campaigns: You don't just brainstorm ideas, you execute them. You schedule the posts, push out the campaigns across our social media channels, and own the delivery from start to finish.
- Own the Voice of the Customer (VOC): You will run an unyielding weekly and monthly outreach cadence to our active users. You aren't just saying hello; you are digging into exactly how they use the product, catching their frustration points, tracking their wins, and capturing their raw, unvarnished feedback. This feedback informs your marketing efforts.
- Route intelligence to cross-functional teams: You translate your VOC data into immediate action points for the company. You arm the Product team with user friction points, give the Sales team hot expansion loops based on happy users, and provide the Marketing team with real proof-points for new campaigns.

Why this is not a standardized corporate bucket:

- If you are not fluid, you will fail. This role changes shape based on what the execution calendar demands today. You might spend Monday driving a massive social campaign deployment, Tuesday auditing 50 user accounts for VOC insights, and Wednesday managing interns to fix an internal bottleneck.
- You are judged purely on execution speed and discipline. We don't care about theoretical strategies. We care about whether the campaign went live on time, whether the users were audited on schedule, and whether the internal teams are moving fast enough.
- If you cannot take control of a timeline or hold people accountable, do not apply.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
