About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales, client acquisition, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and other business channels.
- Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and introduce relevant digital marketing services.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospects to generate business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions between potential clients and the management team.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and basic business reports with team support.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, meetings, and sales progress.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing and operations teams to understand service offerings.
- Work towards monthly lead generation, meeting, and business development targets.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Follow professional communication standards and represent the company positively.





Skills and Qualifications

- Any undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with new people and handling professional conversations.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or digital marketing is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn lead generation, negotiation, and client management.
- Good interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and online communication tools.
- Ability to organize follow-ups and manage time effectively.
- Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to take responsibility.
