Role SummaryWe are looking for a professional, patient, and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team.As the first point of contact for our prospective and existing homeowners, you will be responsible for handling client communications, managing site visit inquiries, resolving concerns with empathy and assertiveness, and maintaining strong long-term relationships across the customer journey.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Handling & Communication

- Manage incoming property inquiries, and walk-in clients with professionalism and warmth.

- Address client concerns, complaints, and tough queries calmly, maintaining an assertive yet empathetic approach.

- Coordinate and conduct project site visits with prospective buyers, presenting project highlights, floor plans, and amenities accurately.

Relationship & Account Management

- Maintain regular communication with existing buyers regarding construction progress, payment schedules,documentation, and handovers.

- Serve as the single point of contact between clients and internal departments (Sales, Project Management, Accounts,and Legal).

- Build strong long-term trust to encourage client retention, referrals,



and positive reviews.

Documentation & CRM Management

- Update and maintain complete, accurate candidate and client records in the CRM database daily.

- Assist clients with booking documentation, agreement drafting, and post-sales paperwork.

- Follow up on payment milestones, installment schedules, and official notices in coordination with the accounts team.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, CRM, client handling, or front-office operations (Real estate or hospitality background is a strong plus).

- Languages: Proficiency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written) is essential.

- Key Traits:

- Exceptional active listening, patience, and emotional intelligence when dealing with demanding or tough clients.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Calm demeanor under pressure with strong problem-solving capabilities.

- Technical Skills: Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), and email communication.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
