About Us:

LB World Trading (P) Ltd is the India-based operations and sourcing partner to a quick-growing FMCG food manufacturer in the USA. Our Trichy backend office supports the US client across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales Operations and Administration.

About The Role:

We are hiring a Head of Business Technology to own the complete technology landscape for our India backend office and the US client company. This is a hands-on leadership role - you set the direction, build the team and vendor ecosystem from scratch, and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own technology roadmap and report on system performance, projects, risks and spend to senior management
- Administer and scale Microsoft 365, Salesforce and Odoo ERP - licenses, upgrades, integrations
- Own device management (Intune / MDM), IT security, access control, and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Lead software vendors from requirements to UAT, go-live and support; enforce SLAs and review quality
- Drive automation across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Sales using Python, Power Automate, No-Code and AI tools
- Own master data standards, reliable reporting, documentation,



SOPs and L1 IT support
- Build, lead and mentor in-house IT team and external consultants

Must Have Requirements:

- Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems or related field
- 7-10 years in business systems, IT management or technology consulting
- Led at least one ERP, CRM or major systems implementation end-to-end
- Strong vendor management - requirements, timelines, UAT, SLAs
- Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration + Intune or equivalent MDM
- Scripting in Python, PowerShell or similar; knowledge of SDLC, APIs, Integration
- Excellent written & spoken English for US stakeholder management
- Self-driven, high ownership, accountable

Good to Have:

- Odoo, Salesforce, AWS experience
- Certifications: Microsoft 365 Administrator, Intune, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Salesforce Administrator
- Experience leading small IT team; exposure to FMCG / Food Manufacturing / Distribution
- Experience supporting US stakeholders in offshore model; Master's / MBA is a plus

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
