Key Responsibilities

- Develop affordability strategies aligned with sales targets and business objectives.
- Manage EMI, No-Cost EMI, cashback, exchange offers, and consumer finance schemes.
- Build and maintain partnerships with banks, NBFCs, fintech companies, and finance providers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate scheme execution across retail channels.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Retail Operations teams to improve scheme adoption and customer conversion.
- Monitor competitor offers, market trends, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Track scheme performance, budgets, sales contribution, and ROI; prepare reports for management.
- Ensure proper scheme execution, documentation, compliance, and timely resolution of operational issues.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA in Marketing, Finance, or Business Management preferred.

Experience

- 4–7 years of experience in consumer finance, affordability programs, sales, or business development.




- Experience in the mobile phone, telecom, consumer electronics, or retail industry preferred.
- Hands-on experience in EMI schemes, lending partnerships, exchange offers, or retail financing.

Required Skills

- Solid understanding of consumer finance, EMI, cashback, and exchange programs.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
