We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Procurement Manager to oversee procurement activities for our real estate and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for vendor management, price negotiation, cost control, and timely procurement of materials while ensuring quality standards and adherence to project budgets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Review purchase requisitions and prepare purchase orders as per approved requirements.
- Monitor market rates, procurement budgets, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure materials comply with approved quality standards and project specifications.
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.




- Maintain accurate procurement records, comparative statements, and vendor databases.
- Coordinate with the accounts team regarding supplier invoices and payments.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approval procedures.
- Minimise procurement costs, material wastage, and project delays.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Robust negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, market rates, and supplier networks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase management software.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
