Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Staff Forward Deployed Software Engineer to own enterprise client engagements end-to-end, from understanding business problems and designing solutions to developing, deploying, and maintaining production systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Own technical delivery from client discovery and solution design to production deployment.
- Build scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack applications and backend systems.
- Integrate solutions with enterprise platforms, including ERP, WMS, databases, and legacy systems.
- Develop APIs, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system reliability.
- Leverage AI agents and AI-native tools to accelerate development and prototyping.




- Lead code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and mentor engineers.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience building and maintaining production software.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
- Expertise in system design, full-stack development, REST APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical ownership skills.
- Ability to work directly with clients and explain technical decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred: Experience in supply chain, enterprise integrations, or Forward Deployed/Solutions Engineering roles.

Tech Stack

Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, AWS, GCP, Azure, System Design, Full-Stack Development, and AI-Native Engineering.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
