Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate slipform operations for the construction of concrete silos, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor the installation, alignment, and stability of slipform formwork, working platforms, hydraulic jacks, yokes, and associated equipment.
- Ensure the continuous pouring of concrete, proper vibration, reinforcement placement, and accurate positioning of embedded items during slipform operations.
- Coordinate with the site engineers, surveyors, reinforcement team, concrete batching plant, and other construction teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor the verticality, alignment, dimensions, and surface finish of the silo throughout the slipform process.
- Ensure the proper functioning of hydraulic systems and maintain the required lifting speed in coordination with concrete setting time.
- Check reinforcement steel placement, cover, lap lengths, and spacing as per approved structural drawings.
- Ensure compliance with approved method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality standards.




- Implement safety measures for working at heights, lifting operations, equipment handling, and work on elevated platforms.
- Monitor manpower, material consumption, equipment availability, and daily work progress.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) and Safety (HSE) teams for inspections and compliance.
- Maintain daily progress reports, concrete pour records, equipment inspection records, and other site documentation.
- Identify operational issues during slipform work and coordinate corrective actions to minimize delays and ensure structural integrity.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and protected working conditions throughout the construction process.
- Report daily progress, technical issues, and resource requirements to the Project Manager or Construction Manager.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably for an Engineer-level position.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
