Key Responsibilities

- Assemble autoclave chambers, doors, frames, panels and supporting components.
- Fit and install valves, pipelines, flanges, fittings, gaskets and other mechanical parts.
- Install steam lines, drain lines, pressure gauges, safety valves and associated components according to approved drawings.
- Assist in fitting heating elements, pumps, motors and other equipment components.
- Perform mechanical alignment, tightening, leak checks and assembly inspections.
- Assist in pressure testing and functional testing under approved procedures and supervision.
- Identify assembly defects, fitting issues and material discrepancies and report them to the supervisor.
- Follow engineering drawings, technical specifications and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain tools, equipment and a clean, organised workplace.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and applicable quality requirements for medical equipment manufacturing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
