We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Collection Executive (Telecaller) with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in debt collection or credit follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, reminding them of outstanding payments, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.
- Follow up on outstanding dues and ensure timely collection.
- Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and update CRM systems.
- Educate customers about billing details, payment terms, and consequences of non-payment.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Negotiate and finalize payment arrangements when required.
- Escalate complex cases to the senior team as per company policy.




- Achieve monthly and weekly collection targets.
- Adhere to compliance, confidentiality guidelines, and company protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a telecaller in collections/recovery (Mandatory).
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with patience and professionalism.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with calling/CRM tools.
- Target-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
