- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain gold loan products. (NO TARGETS)
- Answer inbound customer queries courteously and professionally.
- Follow up with leads generated via campaigns and ensure timely conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with field executives for follow-ups and document collection.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships.
- Share loan eligibility, interest rate, and repayment information as required.
Key Skills:
- Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English)
- Confident, polite, and persuasive in speaking
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry)
