Job Summary

We are looking for a technically robust and execution-oriented Senior Project Engineer – Civil with 5–8 years of experience in high-rise residential building construction, preferably using Mivan aluminium formwork technology.

The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site execution, supervising civil works, managing manpower and subcontractors, maintaining quality and safety standards, and achieving floor-wise construction targets as per the approved project schedule. The role requires hands-on experience in Mivan shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and coordination with MEP, QA/QC, planning, and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities1. Civil Construction Execution

- Supervise day-to-day execution of civil and structural works as per approved drawings, specifications, and construction methodology.
- Manage activities related to foundations, RCC structure, columns, beams, slabs, walls, staircases, and other structural elements.
- Ensure execution is in line with approved construction sequences, project schedules, and quality requirements.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned floors, blocks, or towers.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and Construction Manager to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

2. Mivan Aluminium Formwork Execution

- Supervise Mivan shuttering, reinforcement fixing, embedded services coordination, and concrete pouring activities.
- Ensure proper alignment, level, plumb, dimensions, and stability of aluminium formwork before concreting.
- Verify reinforcement placement, cover blocks, spacers, lap lengths, and other reinforcement details as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with MEP and electrical teams to ensure all conduits, boxes, sleeves, and inserts are installed before shuttering closure and concrete pouring.
- Conduct pre-pour inspections with QA/QC, MEP, and consultant teams.
- Monitor concrete pouring, vibration, curing, and de-shuttering activities.
- Ensure efficient floor-cycle management and minimise delays, rework, honeycombing, and concrete defects.
- Identify and resolve site execution issues related to Mivan formwork and repetitive floor construction.

3. Quality Control and Assurance

- Ensure all civil works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, method statements, and inspection and test plans.
- Conduct inspections at various stages of construction, including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and post-de-shuttering.
- Coordinate concrete sampling, cube testing,



material inspections, and other quality tests.
- Identify construction defects and ensure timely rectification of honeycombing, surface undulations, dimensional deviations, and other non-conformities.
- Maintain inspection requests, checklists, pour cards, quality records, and relevant site documentation.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC team and consultants for inspections and approval of completed works.

4. Manpower and Subcontractor Management

- Allocate daily activities to site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workmen.
- Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, and work quality.
- Ensure subcontractors execute work as per agreed targets, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Track daily work progress and resolve site-level execution constraints.
- Coordinate labour, machinery, tools, and equipment requirements to maintain uninterrupted progress.

5. Drawing Review and Coordination

- Review structural, architectural, and MEP drawings before starting site activities.
- Coordinate with design, planning, MEP, QA/QC, and execution teams to resolve drawing discrepancies and site clashes.
- Ensure the latest approved drawings are available at the work front.
- Raise RFIs and obtain necessary clarifications before proceeding with unclear or conflicting details.
- Verify dimensions, levels, openings, sleeves, and embedded items before concrete pouring.

6. Safety and Site Management

- Ensure compliance with project safety procedures and applicable site requirements.
- Conduct toolbox talks and coordinate with the safety team for safe execution of activities.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safe working practices during shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and material handling.
- Maintain housekeeping and safe access across active work areas.
- Report unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

7. Material and Resource Management

- Prepare daily material and resource requirements based on the execution schedule.
- Coordinate with stores and procurement teams for timely availability of reinforcement steel, concrete, cover blocks, formwork accessories, and other construction materials.
- Monitor material consumption, wastage, and proper storage.




- Ensure availability and proper utilisation of Mivan panels, accessories, tools, and equipment.
- Support quantity reconciliation and material consumption tracking.

8. Progress Reporting and Documentation

- Prepare daily progress reports and update floor-wise and activity-wise construction status.
- Track planned versus actual progress and report delays to the Project Manager.
- Maintain records of concrete pours, reinforcement inspections, shuttering inspections, and manpower deployment.
- Coordinate with the planning team to achieve project milestones and floor-cycle targets.
- Assist in quantity measurements, subcontractor billing verification, and work completion certification.
- Support snag rectification and handover activities as required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in civil construction execution.
- Experience in high-rise residential building projects is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in Mivan aluminium formwork construction is strongly preferred.
- Good knowledge of RCC construction, reinforcement detailing, shuttering, concreting, and curing.
- Understanding of structural and architectural drawings, construction methodologies, and quality standards.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel is preferred.
- Experience in site supervision, subcontractor management, and construction progress monitoring.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with proven hands-on experience in Mivan residential high-rise projects, particularly in aluminium formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring, and repetitive floor-cycle execution, will be given preference.

The candidate should be capable of independently managing assigned site activities, leading supervisors and subcontractors, maintaining construction quality, and delivering work within approved timelines.

Key Objective: To achieve safe, quality-compliant, and timely execution of civil and structural works in the Mivan residential project while minimising rework, material wastage, and delays.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
