Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Tele caller to handle incoming and outgoing calls, communicate with potential customers, explain products or services, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Explain company products, services, and offers to customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers and address their concerns professionally.




- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to convince customers and handle objections.
- Positive listening skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Freshers are welcome; prior tele calling or sales experience is an advantage.
