Zoi Hospitals is looking for a skilled and motivated Physiotherapy Team Lead to manage physiotherapy services, lead the team, and ensure quality patient care across inpatient and outpatient departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the physiotherapy team and daily departmental activities.
- Assess patients, plan treatments, and monitor rehabilitation progress.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure quality patient care, proper documentation, and adherence to hospital protocols.
- Manage staff schedules, team performance, and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- BPT from a recognized institution; MPT preferred.
- 3–4 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy.
- Prior team handling or supervisory experience is mandatory.
- Solid clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
- good exposure of ortho cases is required
