Job Title: Mother Teacher – Primary Section (Grade 1 to 4)

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Mother Teacher for Grades 1 to 4. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching young learners, creating a positive classroom setting, and supporting students' academic, emotional, and social development.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate lessons.
- Manage classroom activities and maintain discipline.
- Teach primary-level subjects as per the school's curriculum.
- Monitor students' academic progress and overall development.
- Provide individual attention and support to students whenever required.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students' progress and concerns.
- Conduct class activities, projects, and assessments.
- Maintain attendance records, student portfolios, and academic reports.
- Encourage students to develop good habits, confidence, creativity, and social skills.
- Ensure students' safety, well-being,



and hygiene within the classroom.
- Coordinate with fellow teachers and school management for academic activities.
- Participate in school events, meetings, training sessions, and other assigned responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. qualification will be preferred.
- Good command of English.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Experience

- 1–3 years of teaching experience in a reputed school.
- Freshers with good communication and teaching skills may also apply.
