Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to help collect, organize, analyze, and report data to support business decisions. This role is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have good analytical skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and organise data from different sources.
- Maintain and update Excel or Google Sheets on a daily basis.
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and helpful insights.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Create basic charts, graphs, and dashboards.
- Check data for errors, missing information, and inconsistencies.
- Track key business metrics and update performance reports.
- Coordinate with team members to understand reporting requirements.
- Assist with ad hoc data analysis and other tasks as required.

Day-to-Day Duties

- Update spreadsheets and maintain accurate data records.
- Review data for accuracy and correct errors where possible.
- Generate reports based on business requirements.
- Prepare charts and summaries to present findings clearly.
- Share reports and updates with relevant team members.




- Ensure assigned tasks and reports are completed on time.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
