Coral Educational Services is an educational consultancy in education abroad. We provide expert guidance to the students for higher studies in India or abroad and help them for admissions across leading universities in Europe, Asia, USA, Australia and Canada.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Identify potential schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions to develop new business opportunities.

· Build and maintain a database of prospective institutional partners.

· Conduct regular field visits to schools and colleges to generate leads and explore partnership opportunities.

· Connect with principals, vice-principals, directors, placement officers, college management, and other key decision-makers.

· Schedule and conduct business meetings, presentations, and follow-up appointments with prospective partners.

· Present Coral Educational Services’ offerings and communicate the benefits of institutional partnerships.

· Build and maintain strong professional relationships with institutional stakeholders.

· Negotiate partnership terms and close business deals in accordance with company guidelines.

· Develop new institutional partnerships and expand the company’s network.

· Follow up on proposals, quotations, and pending decisions to convert prospects into successful partnerships.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of newly partnered institutions.

· Maintain accurate records of field visits, meetings, leads, proposals, follow-ups, and closures using CRM tools or Google Sheets.





· Achieve daily activity targets and monthly business development and partnership targets.

· Monitor competitor activities, identify market trends, and explore new business opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

· Any graduate; an MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development will be an added advantage.

· 2–4 years of experience in business development, field sales, B2B sales, institutional sales, or partnership development is preferred.

· Proficiency in Tamil and English is preferred.

· Solid presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

· Willingness to travel locally and visit schools and colleges regularly.

· Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and CRM tools.

· Must own a two-wheeler or other suitable vehicle for local commuting and field visits.

· Candidates residing in or preferably based in Coimbatore will be given preference.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is confident, self-motivated, comfortable with field sales, and capable of building long-term relationships with educational institutions while consistently working toward business development targets.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
