Job Title: Export Sales & Market Development Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Export Sales & Market Development Manager to develop international markets, generate export business, and build long-term relationships with overseas clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new international markets across regions such as the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and the Americas.
- Generate export sales leads and acquire new international customers.
- Manage and develop relationships with overseas distributors, importers, and B2B clients.
- Handle international inquiries, quotations, price negotiations, and order follow-ups.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business development activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, production planning, and timely dispatches.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.




- Achieve export sales targets and expand the company's international presence.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in export sales, international marketing, or B2B business development preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of international trade practices and export documentation.
- Ability to develop new markets and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

Preferred Experience: 2–5 years in export sales or international business development.
