Key responsibilities

· Maintain the master drawing register and ensure current approved drawings and revisions are distributed to relevant site teams and subcontractors.

· Track RFIs, material submittals, samples, method statements, inspection requests, site instructions, change requests and approval status; follow up with responsible parties.

· Prepare and circulate meeting agendas, minutes of meeting, action trackers and decision logs; follow through until closure.

· Collect daily site updates from engineering teams and prepare consolidated daily / weekly progress reports, photo reports and dashboard summaries.

· Update project trackers for programme milestones, procurement status, long-lead items, material deliveries, approvals, risks, constraints and pending decisions.

· Coordinate information flow between client / PMC, design consultants, project management, site execution, procurement, vendors and subcontractors.

· Support preparation and maintenance of baseline programme,



two-week / three-week look-ahead plans and milestone trackers in coordination with the planning / project team.

· Maintain registers for variations, potential change orders, site instructions, billing submissions, measurements and supporting records as assigned.

· Arrange coordination meetings, site visits, inspections and client reviews; manage calendars, attendance, minutes and required follow-up documents.

· Maintain orderly electronic folders, document naming, revision history, transmittals and audit trails in line with project document-control procedures.

· Assist with handover planning by tracking as-built drawings, O&M; manuals, warranties, test certificates, training records and snag closure.

· Escalate overdue approvals, unresolved interfaces, missing inputs and schedule risks promptly to the Project Manager.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
