Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise residential construction projects, including apartments, high-rise buildings and housing projects.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project management teams.
- Ensure quality control of concrete, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Monitor project progress, material consumption, labour productivity, and construction schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- Review civil and structural drawings and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and site manpower to meet project deadlines.
- Assist in project budgeting, cost control, quantity estimation, and billing verification.
- Coordinate with MEP teams for smooth execution of residential projects.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure timely completion and handover of residential units.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.




- 5–10 years of experience in civil construction, preferably with a residential real estate developer or construction company.
- Solid knowledge of residential building construction, RCC structures, finishing works, and quality control.
- Experience in contractor management, site execution, and project coordination.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project planning tools is preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience working with residential real estate developers.
- Experience in apartment projects, high-rise residential buildings, or housing developments.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and deliver projects within defined timelines and budgets.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
