About the Role We're looking for an energetic, outgoing person to take Vista's story into the community. Your main focus will be marketing the school: running events in gated communities, managing on-ground advertising, and building partnerships with preschools and local businesses so that families in our area know and trust the Vista name. When you're not in the field, you'll support our admissions team by welcoming visiting parents, counselling them, and showing them around the campus. If you enjoy meeting people, being on the move, and building a school's presence in its community, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Field Marketing & Community Events





- Plan and run school promotional events and activations in gated communities, apartment complexes, and local neighbourhoods.
- Represent the school at exhibitions, education fairs, and community gatherings.
- Manage on-ground advertising such as pamphlets, banners, flute boards, and standees, including where they're placed and how well they perform.
- Coordinate with designers and agencies to produce promotional material.

Preschool Partnerships

- Identify and build tie-ups with preschools and day-care centres in surrounding areas.
- Organise joint events and information sessions for parents planning their child's next step after preschool.
- Maintain robust, ongoing relationships with partner preschools.

Business & Community Partnerships

- Build partnerships with local businesses, corporate offices, and commercial establishments to increase Vista's brand visibility.
- Explore opportunities such as co-branded activities, sponsorships, and outreach to employees at nearby corporate hubs.

Admissions Support When you're not in the field, you'll support the existing admissions team as needed, including:

- Welcoming walk-in parents
- Counselling parents on the school's programmes and admission process
- Conducting campus tours for prospective families

How Success Is Measured





- Growth in Vista's brand awareness and visibility in our target neighbourhoods
- The number and quality of leads generated from community events and field activities
- The number of active preschool and business partnerships, and the leads they bring in

Who We're Looking For

- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in any discipline, such as Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, Arts, or Engineering.
- Relevant experience in marketing, public relations, sales, school admissions, or education services is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills will also be considered.
- Confident, polished communication in English, with the ability to engage parents, community groups, and business owners comfortably.
- A self-starter who enjoys fieldwork, builds relationships easily, and is motivated by targets.
- Strong organisational skills for planning events and tracking leads, plus working knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
- A professional, approachable manner, persuasive without being pushy.
