Job Description

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to design engaging educational products across print and digital formats. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in layout design, typography, visual communication, and print production.

Key Responsibilities

- Design educational books, workbooks, activity books, flashcards, learning kits, charts, posters, and packaging.
- Create visually appealing layouts, illustrations, infographics, and design elements.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, and visual design across products.
- Coordinate with content writers, illustrators, and production teams.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of print-ready files.
- Review designs for accuracy, quality, and print specifications.
- Guide and mentor junior designers.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in educational publishing, print media, or EdTech.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of layout design, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Understanding of print production and pre-press requirements.
- Experience in designing books, workbooks, or children's educational materials is preferred.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
